What are the countermeasures for diesel generator failure

If the diesel generator set has the obstacle of cylinder shortage, what should we do? The original cylinder shortage is a common obstacle of the generator set. The main problems are that the diesel generator is unstable, vibrating, discontinuous, uneven, weak, easy to shut down, the exhaust emits black smoke, and the exhaust pipe is decorated with oil dripping and "oily smell"
The workers at the bottom came to teach people how to check this obstacle: when the diesel generator is idling after starting, touch the exhaust branch pipes of each cylinder with your hand. If the temperature of any branch pipe rises slowly, it means that the cylinder is not working.
If you suspect that the valve of the diesel generator is not sealed, you can add a small amount of engine oil to the cylinder and rotate it for several cycles. Then remove the fuel injector. Shake the cylinder piston to the top dead center. The piston can be detected from the fuel injector mouth. Use a low-pressure water free shrink air pipe head to hold the fuel injector mouth. Use a listening stick to hold the inlet and exhaust branch pipes. If you hear a "hissing" sound, the foot valve is deflated; If you hear the "shout" of atmospheric flow, you can shake the crankshaft for another circle before listening.
If you suspect that the piston ring is deflated, you can add a little oil to the cylinder from the fuel injector mounting hole before starting. If the labor is normal, you can prove the inference. If the cylinder body of the generator is still abnormal, and black smoke is emitted from the exhaust or oil drops from the exhaust pipe are important, accompanied by the increase of the oil level, the injector of the generator set is blocked.
If you open the water tank cover and see bubbles in the radiator, there may be a sound in the crankcase, and the foot cylinder gasket is burned through. If the above diagnosis does not solve the problem, further check whether the shrinkage ratio of the cylinder is lower and whether there are other machine problems such as bending of the connecting rod.
